John founded White Space Strategy, and sold the company after it was recognised as one of the UK's leading strategy consultancies by the Financial Times for 3 years running. He created and ran their pro-bono practice, supporting senior management at major charities including Shelter, British Heart Foundation and the National Autistic Society, and at many inspirational smaller charities to create impact at a more local level.
He has worked with over 20 charities and social enterprises in total, helping them create and implement strategies, diversify income streams, and grow impact.

Paul built one of the UK’s leading language service providers to charities and NGOs, supporting global organisations including Oxfam, Wellcome, The King’s Trust International, and many others. Under his vision and leadership, the company became the localisation partner of choice for global mission-driven organisations—culminating in its successful acquisition in 2023.
Now working as a consultant and advisor, Paul specialises in problem solving, operations, finance, and growth. He is also part of HM Coastguard’s volunteer Search & Rescue Team.
